Upload your photo directly on the product page. For best results:

• ✅ Use a high-resolution image (minimum 800×800px)
• ✅ Choose a photo with good lighting and clear focus
• ✅ Front-facing subjects work best
• ✅ Simple or plain backgrounds are ideal
• ❌ Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered photos

🎨 Step 3: Design Preview

Within 1–2 business days, our design team will send you a digital preview of your custom piece by email. You can:

• Approve the design to proceed to production
• Request up to 2 free revisions

📦 Step 4: Production & Shipping

Once approved, your order enters production:

• Diamond Painting Kits: 3–5 business days production
• Acrylic Prints: 2–3 business days production
• Shipping: 8–20 business days depending on your location

Can I order multiple custom pieces?
Yes! Add each custom item separately to your cart and upload a different photo for each.

Are custom orders refundable?
Custom orders are non-refundable once production has started, unless there is a quality defect. We’ll always send a preview first for your approval.
